Terms of service

LAST UPDATED: JUNE 2026

These terms apply to petalandparcel.com.au and to any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them, so please read them before you buy. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Petal & Parcel (ABN 77 505 234 242).

Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy, which we confirm by email. We may decline or cancel it before dispatch, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, we cannot deliver to the address, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you receive a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. Prices can change at any time, and we correct genuine errors when we find them. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will let you know before processing it.

Our products and seasonal variation

Our dried bouquets use Australian botanicals, including natives. Because these are natural materials, no two bunches are exactly alike, and the look shifts a little from season to season depending on what is available.

By placing an order, you accept that the stems and shades may vary slightly from the photographs on the site. Seasonal availability and natural colouring drive most of this, and we keep every bouquet within the same palette and overall look. In most cases the difference is minor. If a particular stem is unavailable, we may replace it with one of similar type, colour, and value.

Delivery

We post orders Australia-wide from our studio in Kingscliff. One exception: we cannot ship to Tasmania, because Tasmanian biosecurity rules restrict bringing native plant material into the state.

Orders are not available for same-day delivery. Once an order leaves our studio, transit time depends on the carrier and the destination, so we cannot specify or guarantee a delivery date or time. We are not responsible for delays once a parcel is in transit.

Please make sure the address is correct when you order. If the recipient is not available, the carrier follows its usual process, which may mean a safe drop or a collection card. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Changing or cancelling an order

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as you can. We will do what we can to help, but once an order is being prepared or has been dispatched we may not be able to amend it. An address can only be updated before dispatch.

If something is not right

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us promptly and include photos of the item and the packaging. We will look into it and put it right, whether that means repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law, and these terms do not affect them.
