Shipping
We send dried flower bouquets and gift boxes Australia-wide from our studio in Kingscliff, straight to the person you are sending them to. Shipping is one flat rate, shown up front, with a single exception on where we can deliver. The details are below.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $18.50 per order, anywhere we deliver in Australia. One bouquet or several, the rate is the same, and it includes GST. You see it added at checkout, and we list it on the product page too, so there is nothing unexpected at the cart.
Where we deliver
We deliver to every Australian state and territory except Tasmania. Our bouquets are dried Australian natives, and Tasmania has biosecurity rules on native plant material arriving from the mainland, so we cannot ship there. Tasmanian delivery addresses are blocked at checkout. You can order from anywhere, including Tasmania, as long as the bouquet is going to a mainland address.
Dispatch and timing
Orders are packed and dispatched from our Kingscliff studio. We aim to send your order within [X business days] of receiving it. [Once it is on its way, we email you tracking so you can follow it.]
Because your order travels by post rather than by hand, we cannot promise a specific delivery date or time, and we do not offer same-day delivery. If the bouquet is for a dated occasion, order with a few days to spare so delivery has time to land.
Dried flowers travel well
This is the quiet upside of dried over fresh. Dried stems are not racing a clock in transit. They will not wilt in the van or arrive thirsty, so a day longer in the system costs you nothing. The bouquet arrives ready to display, straight out of the box.
