A native bouquet in deep red and cream, plus an Australian-poured soy candle, arriving together in one box. The bouquet does the visual work the moment the lid comes off. The candle takes over once it is lit.

The bouquet is a hand-bound arrangement of Australian-grown, Australian-dried native stems. The candle is poured and labelled by an Australian artisan supplier. The red palette and overall character stay consistent across seasons. No two gift boxes are identical.

What's In The Box

Two Components, One Gift Moment

01
Native Bunch in Red
Australian Natives, Dried
A red banksia head doing the headline work, with two more banksia species behind it in mustard and bronze, plus maroon leucadendron and cream verticordia. Five native stems in a kraft wrap with a twine tie. The red banksia is dyed in Australia, and red is the shade most likely to fade, so it wants a spot out of direct afternoon sun. The loudest bunch in the range.

02
Australian Flora Soy Candle
Hand-Poured in Australia
An amber glass apothecary jar, 250ml, hand-poured by an Australian artisan supplier using 100% soy wax and a lead-free cotton wick. Forty-hour burn time. The scent is a native flora fragrance blend with a honey note. Read that as fragrance-oil work designed to evoke Australian bush, not steam-distilled banksia oil. Worth being straight about, because soy candles that claim actual native-flower extract are almost always overstating it.
Lit on Christmas Eve or a Valentine's evening, the warm floral notes run in the same register the red bunch is already setting.
Why Soy Wax

A Cleaner Burn, a Safer Wick

Soy wax burns at a lower temperature than paraffin, which means a longer burn time per gram of wax and less soot deposited on the jar rim. For a 250ml candle, that is roughly forty hours of useful burn from each pour. Paraffin would deliver around twenty-eight.

The wick is cotton, lead-free. Worth naming because lead-cored wicks were standard in the cheap-import candle category until the early two-thousands and still turn up occasionally on imported stock. Lead-free cotton is what every reputable Australian candle maker uses, and the lead-free claim is the one detail worth confirming when you buy any candle.

Who Orders This

Three Reasons The Gift Goes Out

The Valentine Who Hates Roses
For the partner who would roll their eyes at a dozen red roses but loves the colour itself. Red without the cliché, and a candle to light over dinner that night. A romantic gesture that does not wilt by the weekend or arrive with a vase to deal with.
The Christmas Gift
Red is the Christmas palette, and dried natives ship through the December heat without wilting. The bouquet goes on the mantel before the family arrives, and the candle gets lit on Christmas Eve. Both are still part of the room when the decorations come down in January.
The Bold Thank-You
When the thank-you should make some noise. Red reads confident where the softer palettes read modest. For the person who went well out of their way for you, the bouquet states it plainly and the candle is the part they keep using long after.
Presentation

How It Arrives

Everything ships in a single box. The bouquet sits in its kraft wrap with the Australian Made stamp visible on the front. The candle sits alongside in its amber jar. The buyer packs nothing. The recipient opens one lid and both pieces are right there.

Origin

Australian Made, Both Items

The kangaroo on the front of the bouquet wrap is the Australian Made Campaign mark. Third-party certification covering cultivation, drying, and any pigment work done on the stems. Most of the dried flower market outside Australia is dyed offshore and looks it within six months. The stamp is the easy way to verify yours did not.

The candle is poured and labelled by an Australian artisan supplier, one at a time. The fragrance is a native-flora-inspired blend rather than actual extracted bush oils, which is the honest description of what almost every native-flora candle in the Australian market actually contains.
